Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt celebrated her 29th birthday on Tuesday at Velaa Private Island in Maldives. She arrived in Maldives in a private plane along with her mother Soni and Sister Shaheen.
In a video Alia posted on Instagram, she was seen spending time beachside and the pool and enjoying her favorite dishes at Velaa Private Island. The video features several short clips of Alia relaxing on the beach and pictures from birthday breakfast to dinner. She enjoyed her birthday, watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S and playing badminton and chasing sunsets. Sharing the post, she wrote, “this is 29 thank you for all the love”.
Earlier, Alia Bhatt’s sister Shaheen Bhatt also posted a picture of the actress from last night’s party. The actress looked gorgeous in a black dress, holding balloons. Sharing the post on her Insta story, she wrote, “Birthday Angel”.
In the work front, Alia Bhatt is currently basking in the success of her last release Gangubai Kathiawadi. Besides, she is also making headlines for Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming fantasy drama Brahmastra opposite Ranbir. Ayan had recently released Alia’s first look from the movie. Also starring Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in the lead, Brahmastra is slated to release on September. Earlier this month, it was announced that Alia will be making her international debut with Netflix’s ‘Heart of Stone’ with Gal Gadot.
