As the UK’s longest-running travel magazine, Wanderlust has been at the forefront of sustainable travel for nearly 30 years. Today, their values remain more important than ever. They exist to inform and inspire travellers globally to take the road less travelled, by sharing authentic travel writing, stunning photography and expert advice, in print and online.
Three new Sustainability Categories were included in this year’s awards allowing Tourist Boards, Tour Operators, and Accommodation providers to highlight actions & innovation in the field of sustainability. Each category submission was supported by documented evidence and was judged by a panel of industry and sustainability experts including Derek Moore, Kate Kenward, John Telfer, Holly Tuppen, Vicky Smith, Richard Hammond, Karen Edwards and Tess Longfield.
