Tomy Sugeng joins as the Cluster Director of Finance, bringing three decades of financial expertise from esteemed institutions such as JW Marriott Medan, Le Méridien Jakarta, and Aman Resorts Indonesia. Tomy will oversee financial operations, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability. His extensive experience in hospitality finance is anticipated to significantly contribute to the organization’s strategic financial management.
Mohamed Sunah steps into the role of Cluster Director of Human Resources. With 18 years in the hospitality industry, including key positions at Hard Rock Indonesia, Gili Lankanfushi Maldives, and Lily Beach, Sunah aims to elevate HR standards and foster a culture of excellence. His efforts will be directed towards improving employee engagement and operational efficiency.
