Male’, Maldives, 23 July 2024 – Air Arabia, the largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, has announced the launch of daily non-stop flights between Sharjah and the Maldives, commencing on October 27, 2024. This new route offers travelers a convenient and affordable way to visit one of South Asia’s most renowned destinations.

The flights will connect Sharjah International Airport with Velana International Airport in Male, the Maldives, providing seamless access to the tropical paradise known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant marine life. This move marks a significant expansion in Air Arabia’s network, aimed at catering to the growing demand for travel to idyllic holiday destinations.
