Paul’s impressive background includes leadership positions at renowned properties like Fregate Island in the Seychelles and Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa in Mauritius. These properties are celebrated for their luxury and exclusivity, with Fregate Island being a Virtuoso member and Maradiva Villas part of Leading Hotels of the World. Prior to joining Milaidhoo, Paul was the General Manager at Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness Mauritius, previously known as Angsana Balaclava Mauritius. There, he successfully rebranded the resort and enhanced operational efficiencies, leading to notable financial improvements and elevated guest experiences.
