Teges Triguna brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry, coupled with a deep passion for marketing. His expertise is set to enhance the resort’s strategies across public relations, digital platforms, and social media. Before joining The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort, Teges served as the Marketing Communications Manager at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, where he was instrumental in crafting marketing plans, managing digital campaigns, and coordinating property imaging. Teges’ career began and flourished at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, making his return to the Westin brand a welcomed reunion.
Joining Teges is Hussain Fairooz, the new Sales Manager, who is known for his ability to drive revenue growth and expand the resort’s reach in competitive markets. As a native Maldivian, Fairooz offers invaluable insights, particularly in overseeing the Maldives’ Destination Management Companies, as well as the Middle Eastern and Indian markets. Outside of work, Fairooz is known for his lively personality, enjoying traditional Boduberu dance, karaoke, and staying fit at the gym.
