Male’, Maldives, 12 August 2024 – Best Buy Maldives (BBM), a leading supplier for resorts in the Maldives, recently joined forces with the globally recognized brand DREIDOPPEL to conduct a series of training sessions and product demonstrations. These events, held between July 30th and August 8th, 2024, focused on introducing innovative baking techniques to chefs and culinary teams across the Maldives.

DREIDOPPEL, renowned for its high-quality flavors and bakery products, provided a platform for participants, including pastry chefs from resorts, hotels, restaurants, and cafes, to enhance their skills in confectionery creation.

Master Pâtissier Frankie Robin, celebrated for his creative approach to pastry, led the hands-on sessions, showcasing how Dreidoppel’s products can streamline processes, save time, and reduce costs in the pastry kitchen. The range includes popular items like Crème Brûlée, Bineatta, mousse, jams, and bakery fillers.
