Enchanting Festive Dining Experiences 

The festive spirit of togetherness is celebrated in myriad ways, beginning with the Tree Lighting ceremony at the scenic UFAA Beach. The tree will be lit over cocktails and Christmas carols as the Maldivian sun sets into the horizon. 

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the culinary team brings a plethora of dining options: a one of a kind lunch and dinner dining experience with a special set menu at Ithaa Undersea Restaurant that takes place five meters below the surface of the Indian Ocean, a special Italian festive dinner paired with unique vintages at Vilu Restaurant, and a woodland wonderland themed dinner buffet at Atoll Market while dining under fragrant frangipani trees. 

Hop On a Culinary Journey 

The gastronomical adventure begins right before Christmas and continues into the New Year across the resort’s 12 restaurants and bars offering guests a selection of culinary excellence. The popular Fisherman’s BBQ by the beach offers a bountiful feast with fresh seafood and meats cooked to perfection on the grill, accompanied by crisp salads, freshly baked bread and decadent desserts served in a beach setting under the starlit Maldivian sky. 

Guests can celebrate in style at the festive Lobster & Champagne Beach BBQ with a seafood BBQ feast including fresh grilled lobster perfectly paired with free-flow in-house champagne, or join in for a true celebration of Maldivian food and culture at the Grand Maldivian Night. Guests may also indulge in local short eats, salads, breads, curries and grilled seafood accompanied by authentic dips and sauces. The experience highlights a displays of local arts and crafts, traditional palm leaf weaving and a live Bodu Beru performance.

NYE Party Set in the powder white sand beach with the background of the endless shades of blue in the horizon, this party will surely be an evening to remember featuring a live band and DJ entertainment.
