Male’, Maldives, 05 August 2024 – Patina Maldives is excited to announce the return of acclaimed muralist and designer Aga Skiba, who will be the artist in residence from August 4 to August 25, 2024. This residency marks Skiba’s second visit to the resort, following a successful debut in July 2023.
Skiba, renowned for her ability to blend individuality with connection through her art, will once again transform the space with her unique touch. Her work will include a striking mural at the Portico library window, which aims to create a visual dialogue between the interior environment and the surrounding natural beauty. Additionally, she will design a mural for the Footprints Kids’ Club, integrating artistic expression with the resort’s serene ambiance.
Guests will have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops at the Fari Art Atelier, where Skiba will share her artistic techniques and insights, fostering creativity and community among attendees.
