Swedish global home furnishing brand, Ikea has launched its latest product, ‘Vacations in a Box’, bringing varieties of experiences from the world’s top destinations including the Maldives, Tokyo, Paris, and Cappadocia to the comfort of your home.
Beyond virtual tours and Zoom backgrounds, “Vacations in a Box” is essentially a curated box of IKEA products. For example, the staycation Maldives include local traditional music (Boduberu) and dance (Bandiyaa Jehun), Beachy Movies, and a taste of the Maldives with its local cuisine recipes. The vacation box allows customers to recreate experiences from the world’s top destinations in the comfort of their homes.
The activity, recipe, movies, music options included booklet in the vacation box is downloadable from anywhere in the world. However, as of now, the full product is only available for purchase in the UAE.
