The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism (“MOT”) has announced invitation for eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop Tourist Resorts in the uninhabited islands or plot of land in uninhabited islands.
In an announcement on Tuesday, Tourism Ministry said the invitation is open for the list below;

Interested parties can send email requesting to join the information session along with name, email address and phone number to [email protected] before noon on November 3, 2021 and January 19, 2022 respectively.
The application form to purchase the bid document is available from the Tourism Ministry’s website. The bid document will be available to purchase from Tourism Ministry’s reception from October 31, 2021 to February 24, 2022, 09:00 am-01:00 pm. The Tourism Ministry is located on the 5th floor of Velaanage.
