In a groundbreaking move this January, Hard Rock Cafe® Maldives ventures into Veganuary by introducing a dedicated vegan menu alongside an exclusive line of Rock Shop merchandise. Frederic Lebegue, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, expressed enthusiasm, stating, “Introducing ‘The Hard Rock Cafe x Veganuary’ Menu to our Maldives patrons is our way of welcoming the growing vegan community while offering access to our unique Rock Shop collection. We are confident this initiative will enhance our customers’ enjoyment of the unparalleled Hard Rock experience.”
The globally launched menu, available from January 1st across all participating Hard Rock Cafe locations, including Hard Rock Cafe® Maldives, takes inspiration from the brand motto, “Save The Planet.” Titled “The Hard Rock Cafe x Veganuary Menu,” it boasts distinctive vegan dishes like Garlic Courgette Bruschetta, Quinoa Mexicana Salad, and a selection of beverages such as Health Kick, Veganuary Pledge, Virgin Pineapple Mojito, and Apple Cobbler on the Rocks. Additionally, the menu offers adaptable meat-free options like the popular Impossible Quesadilla and Tacos, along with Hot Fudge Banana Bread for dessert enthusiasts.
