Hailing from Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, Dubai, Chef Zhao Bo’s expertise in Chinese delicacies will enhance the resort’s Asian flavors during the festive week from February 9 to 15, 2024, alongside Executive Chef Riccardo Pinna.
