The event, which drew an impressive 692 participants from 71 resorts across the Indian Ocean region, is celebrated for its platform to highlight culinary excellence.
Over three exhilarating days, the competition unfolded at various locations, including an exhibition at Dharubaaruge in Malé, the Culinary Challenge at Maldives National University, and the awards ceremony at Crossroads Maldives. LUX* South Ari Atoll not only clinched the coveted title of Most Outstanding Chef, secured by Senior Sous Chef Barun Kumar Singh, but also dominated across multiple categories, amassing an impressive total of 31 awards: 6 Gold Medals, 8 Silver Medals, 8 Bronze Medals, and 8 Merit Certificates.
