As part of the resort’s ongoing Chef Residency series, acclaimed Italian chef Francesca Gambacorta was invited to lead an exclusive residency designed to reshape and enrich the dining experience through mentorship, authenticity, and artistry.
Renowned for her emotionally intuitive approach to contemporary Italian cuisine, Chef Francesca views food as a narrative — an expression of memory, place, and sentiment. With a global audience exceeding 700,000 followers on Instagram, recognition among Italy’s Top 20 Food Influencers by Forbes Italia in 2021, and authorship of Semplicità Complessa — Il gourmet per tutti, she has built a reputation around the concept of thoughtful simplicity. During her residency, Milano’s kitchen evolved into a vibrant atelier of flavour and finesse.
