Commencing his marketing career in 2019 as a Graphic Designer and marketing coordinator, Rushdhaan Ahmed quickly rose through the ranks, showcasing exceptional talent and dedication.

Throughout his tenure, Rushdhaan consistently demonstrated a steadfast passion for creativity and strategic thinking, yielding remarkable results for the company. Notably, he played a key role in launching THE OZEN COLLECTION brand in 2020, ensuring brand consistency across resorts and contributing to a successful launch in the Maldives. His leadership in orchestrating brand photo and video shoots further enhanced the brand’s identity at iconic resorts such as OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI and OZEN LIFE MAADHOO.

In his new role, Rushdhaan Ahmed will continue to shape THE OZEN COLLECTION’s brand narrative, bolster its global presence, and pioneer innovative marketing strategies. His priorities include refining the brand identity, enhancing visual aesthetics, and amplifying the brand’s voice globally and in key regions such as the UK, Russia, GCC, DACH, and India. Leveraging innovative storytelling techniques, Rushdhaan aims to attract discerning travelers to experience THE OZEN COLLECTION resorts.

With his extensive experience and profound understanding of THE OZEN COLLECTION’s ethos, Rushdhaan is poised to lead marketing and communications efforts effectively. His appointment underscores the company’s commitment to excellence and the empowerment of local talent in the dynamic luxury hospitality landscape of the Maldives.
