His most recent role was at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing revenue strategies and optimizing distribution channels, thereby contributing to the financial success of the property.
Saurabh’s journey in the hospitality sector commenced at Hyatt Hotels, where he began as a Guest Services Officer, fostering a deep understanding of guest satisfaction and service excellence. He further honed his skills in the aviation sector as a Pricing Executive at Jet Airways, gaining invaluable insights that shaped his customer-centric approach.
