Male’, Maldives, 19th March 2024 – Amilla Maldives has announced the promotion of Saddam ‘Saddi’ Hussain to the role of Resort Operations Manager, where he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
With a decade of experience at Amilla Maldives, Saddi has demonstrated his dedication and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Starting his career as a Maldivian Butler (‘Thakuru’) at Dhoni Mighili in 2001, he quickly rose through the ranks, gaining valuable experience as a personal butler in Dubai before returning to the Maldives to serve at prestigious resorts such as Naladhu Maldives and Six Senses Laamu. In 2014, Saddi joined Amilla Maldives, where he most recently served as the Residence Operations Manager.
Known for his spirited nature and goal-driven attitude, Saddi brings a wealth of experience and creativity to his new role. Apart from his expertise in guest services, he has a keen eye for detail and a flair for landscaping, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of the resort.
