In honor of this deliciously sweet occasion, Milaidhoo is hosting a prestigious culinary competition among the eight resorts within the Universal Resorts group, challenging talented chefs to create chocolate masterpieces.
The competition, themed “Les Œufs de Fabergé,” draws inspiration from the luxurious and intricately designed Fabergé eggs, promising an event filled with creativity and culinary brilliance. This innovative contest, the brainchild of Milaidhoo’s Cluster Executive Chef, aims to foster camaraderie while highlighting the exceptional skills of the participating chefs.

Each resort will send a team of two chefs to Milaidhoo, where they will work their chocolate magic in a specially dedicated kitchen area. The grand unveiling of these chocolate sculptures will take place on Sunday, July 7th, at Ocean, Milaidhoo’s renowned main restaurant known for its exquisite breakfast offerings.
On the day of the competition, guests at Milaidhoo will have the exclusive opportunity to admire the stunning chocolate creations on display. To add to the excitement, a select group of guests will serve as the jury, using their taste buds and artistic sensibilities to determine the winner. The victorious team will be announced at the end of the day, concluding this sweet celebration with much fanfare.
