Asaf’s career with Marriott International began six years ago at The Ritz-Carlton Cairo, where he quickly made a name for himself as a talented chef. Known for his creativity and leadership, Asaf has consistently delivered outstanding dining experiences. His new role at Le Méridien Maldives will see him enhancing the resort’s culinary and beverage offerings with his extensive experience and passion.

Chef Asaf, renowned for his infectious enthusiasm and his catchphrase “Cannot be better, I am in paradise,” has made a lasting impact on guests and colleagues alike. Originating from Turkey, he has introduced his grandmother’s cherished recipe to the resort’s menu, adding a personal touch to the culinary experience. His commitment to celebrating flavors and culture through his dishes is evident.
