Double MICHELIN-starred Italian chef Giorgio Servetto will bring his celebrated Garden-to-Sea Immersion concept to two of the Maldives’ most iconic underwater restaurants. From 7 to 9 May, he will helm Only BLU at OBLU SELECT Lobigili, an adults-only sanctuary just minutes from Velana International Airport. True to its name, ‘Loabi Gili’—love island—offers seclusion and romance. From 12 to 14 May, Chef Servetto continues at M6m (Minus Six Metres) at OZEN LIFE MAADHOO. Six metres below the surface, this intimate, limited-seat restaurant offers panoramic ocean vistas where the rhythm of the sea guides the meal.
