Since joining the resort in 2021 as Director of Rooms, Krisztina has played a central role in shaping the day-to-day guest experience. Overseeing key departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, and Transportation, she ensured seamless coordination across the island while maintaining an exceptional level of attention to detail. Her ability to balance operational precision with a guest-focused approach led to her subsequent promotion to Director of Operations, where she further strengthened efficiency and fostered a collaborative working culture among teams.
Bringing more than 15 years of international hospitality experience, Krisztina’s career spans a portfolio of renowned luxury properties across the Maldives and Europe. Her tenure at distinguished resorts such as Cheval Blanc Randheli and Anassa Hotel has shaped her reputation for strong leadership, refined operational expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
