On 8th March, from 19:00, the open kitchen at Shoreline Grill will host a special dinner crafted by five extraordinary women chefs. Guests will be treated to a carefully curated menu featuring signature creations from across the globe: Balinese seafood satay from Chef Bintang, silky pumpkin and coconut velouté by Chef Saaha, curry-poached Maldivian coral lobster from Chef Michelle, Thai A5 Wagyu striploin by Chef Prew, and the indulgent baobab and chocolate harmony of Chef Yemuria. Each plate embodies the chefs’ unique heritage and personal story, creating a tapestry of international flavours that is both intimate and celebratory.
