As part of the evolving House of Siyam lifestyle collection, the resort now presents Night Snorkelling with Mantas—an atmospheric marine encounter that reveals the ocean’s quieter, more enigmatic rhythm after sunset.
Framed by the resort’s tranquil house reef, the experience unfolds as night settles across the lagoon. Subtle underwater lighting illuminates nutrient-rich waters, drawing in plankton and, in turn, attracting manta rays as they gather to feed. From the surface, guests float in stillness, observing these extraordinary creatures glide effortlessly below, their sweeping movements forming a hypnotic, almost choreographed ballet in the darkened sea.
Guided by the professional team at Sun Diving Dive Centre, the experience is designed with both comfort and confidence in mind. Comprehensive briefings, attentive supervision, and well-fitted snorkelling equipment—including flotation vests and prescription masks where required—ensure accessibility for both seasoned snorkellers and first-time night participants alike.
According to Dive Centre Manager Ahmed Nihaan, the encounter offers a rare emotional resonance, allowing guests to observe manta rays in their most natural state.
